There are no analytics, advertising scripts, external fonts, tracking cookies, account services or donation submissions in these files. The currency choice, message, suggested use and checkbox remain in page memory. They are not sent to DropMake Giving or stored in browser storage, and clear on reload. Please do not enter personal or sensitive information.

Hosting and logs

The hosting provider or IIS operator may log IP addresses, request times, browser information and requested URLs for operation and security. The actual operator must configure access, retention and security appropriately. These website files do not determine the server’s logging policy.

Messages and stories

The checkbox in the Giving Pad is a draft preference only. It records no consent. If submissions are introduced, anonymous publication will need a separate optional, unticked choice, a consent record and an accessible withdrawal route. Beneficiary stories need separate permission and safeguarding checks. We will never publish wallet-to-person links or identifying receipts as proof of impact.

Before collecting data

The operator must publish their legal identity and contact details, purposes and lawful bases, processors, retention periods, international transfers where applicable, and how to exercise data rights or complain to the ICO. No personal-data collection or live giving should be enabled before that notice is complete.
