What a real record will include
A dated entry, the amount and currency spent, GBP valuation basis, purpose, documented fees, operator allocation and a redacted receipt or other evidence. We will distinguish allocations, actual spending and unspent balances, and correct errors visibly.
People are more than a story.
Receiving help must never depend on agreeing to publicity. We will avoid identifying details, exact locations and sensitive circumstances. Personal stories or images need separate, informed permission and a safeguarding review.
